Our picture was taken Christmas Eve on the Carnival cruise ship Elation. The weather was balmy, the shopping was excellent, the food was plentiful and the service was top-notch. My wife Mary could not get over the fact that somebody else was doing the cooking, making the beds, picking up after the kids, reading the map, selecting the activities, entertaining the kids, washing the dishes, refilling our drink glasses, decorating the Christmas tree and playing Santa. Mary thinks all future vacations should be spent on a cruise ship!
