    DAY 1: ARRIVE ADELAIDE

    You'll be met and transferred by private car to your hotel. This afternoon, visit the village of Hahndorf - Australia's oldest German settlement - in the tranquil setting of the Mount Lofty Ranges. Glorious autumn colors, vibrant spring gardens, crisp winters and cool summers make this verdant landscape enjoyable year-round. Stroll the main street of stone cottages and curios. Afternoon tea is included before returning to Adelaide. Overnight: Adelaide, choice of hotel

    DAY 2: ADELAIDE-KANGAROO ISLAND

    After an early pick-up, travel by coach to Cape Jervis to connect with the ferry to Kangaroo Island. Your first stop is a honey farm to see how they export queen bees and taste the different honeys. Lunch is at a country pub before visiting Parndana Wildlife Park to feed kangaroos and take photos with koalas. At Seal Bay, walk among wild Australian sea lions. After dark, discover Kangaroo Island's Little Penguins on a guided penguin walk. Overnight: Kangaroo Island, choice of hotel (L)

    DAY 3: KANGAROO ISLAND-ADELAIDE

    Visit Emu Ridge, a bush-engineered eucalyptus distillery. See limestone formations at Kelly Hill Caves. After lunch head to Flinders Chase National Park, home to Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and native Australian animals, including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas. Sample delicious yogurt and cheeses. Return to Adelaide via ferry/coach. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight: Adelaide, choice of hotel (B,L)

    DAY 4: DEPART ADELAIDE
